Click a row on the sheet to move the selected badge there. Each badge fills its whole row (front + back) unless you uncheck a label.
Every filled badge below prints on its own label. Sheet row assignments are preserved when you switch back to sheet printing.
This is the built-in Founderland Labels template and can’t be changed. Click Duplicate to make an editable copy.
Label dimensions, units, orientation, padding, and alignment are in the Printer tab. Each copy prints on a separate label.
Use {First}, {Last}, {Title}, {Company}, or any other column name from your list in curly brackets. Blank lines are skipped automatically.
Default stock: 2 × 3 inches (50.8 × 76.2 mm). Use dimensions supported by your printer and loaded label roll. Orientation arranges the shorter and longer sides; it does not change the stock size.
Windows: install the D530 Pro driver, connect USB, and select the printer in the PDF print dialog. Choose matching stock dimensions in Printer preferences.
Mac: install the driver, connect USB, add the printer in System Settings → Printers & Scanners, then select it in the PDF print dialog and choose the matching paper size. Official Phomemo drivers.
On both systems print at 100% / Actual Size, with fit-to-page disabled. This website cannot detect a USB printer, change its driver settings, or confirm physical printing. Each computer needs its own setup.
Always print at 100% / Actual Size on the template’s paper size, with “Scale to fit” turned off. Use Labels or Heavy paper type for polyester stock.
Print the alignment page on plain paper, lay it over a label sheet against a window, and adjust the shift until the outlines match. Shifts are saved in this browser.
